1. Introduction and Disclaimers

Application: These Sweeps Rules (these “Rules”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Epic Play Holding Inc., a Florida corporation having its principal place of business at 1287 E Newport Center Dr Ste 206, Deerfield Beach, Florida, 33442, USA (“Bankrolla”, “we”), governing your participation in the Promotions, explicitly including your play in Games in the Promotional Mode, use of Sweeps Coins, and redemption.

Rules and Terms: These Rules are deemed an integral part of the Bankrolla Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”), as may be updated from time to time, and should be read alongside the Terms. Unless defined in these Rules, capitalised terms have the meaning provided in the Terms.

Sponsor and Promoter: We are the sponsor and promoter of the Promotions.

Dispute Resolution and Waiver: The Terms include a waiver of class, group, or representative claims and mandates individual arbitration for disputes unless you opt out within the specified timeframe. Please see the Terms for details.

No Purchase Necessary: Participation in the Promotions does not require a purchase or payment, and making one or more purchases or payments does not increase your chances of winning.

Platform: We offer an online entertainment platform offering Games for enjoyment. It also provides Sweeps Coins, which are entries to Games in the Promotional Mode, as detailed in these rules.

Sweeps Coins: Sweeps Coins can be used to play Games in the Promotional Mode, allowing participants to win additional Sweeps Coins, as detailed in these rules.

Redemption Threshold: A minimum of 100 in Redeemable Sweeps Coins is required for redemption. Balances below this threshold are ineligible.

Redemption Allocation: Sweeps Coins are designated as either Redeemable Sweeps Coins or Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins. The designation is determined in accordance with the Redemption Allocation set forth in Section 4(c). Both types of Sweeps Coins may be used to play Games in the Promotional Mode.

2. Eligibility and Compliance

To participate in the Promotions, you must always meet the eligibility requirements outlined in the Terms, as supplemented by these Rules, and comply with both the Terms and these Rules. If you fail to comply, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation, adjust or cancel the Sweeps Coins associated with your Account.

3. Sweeps Coins

a. General

To play in Games in the Promotion Mode, you must have an active Account, which you can create free of charge on the Platform. You will also need Sweeps Coins, which act as sweepstakes entries and can be used to play in Games in the Promotion Mode. You cannot purchase Sweeps Coins. Sweeps Coins are subject to the Playthrough Requirement set forth in Section 4(c) below.

b. Collecting Sweeps Coins

You can receive Sweeps Coins for free through the following methods or such other methods as may be introduced by us from time to time:

a. Free Bonus with Gold Coin Purchases: You may receive Sweeps Coins as a bonus when purchasing specifically marked packs of Gold Coins. Gold Coins are used to play Games in the Tournament Mode and cannot be used in Games in the Promotional Mode. The number of Sweeps Coins awarded as a bonus for each Gold Coin pack purchase will be displayed in the Platform purchase interface and may be updated from time to time.

b. Contests and Giveaways: We may hold no-cost giveaway contests where you can earn Sweeps Coins by following the contest instructions. This may include social media giveaways, VIP program promotions, loyalty promotions, and quests. Some giveaways may require completing certain actions to participate. The number of Sweeps Coins available in each contest will be stated in the contest instructions.

c. Daily Bonus: If available on the Platform, you may receive free Sweeps Coins daily through your Account. This option is provided from time to time at our sole discretion.

The use of automated systems or other methods to participate in Promotions, acquire Sweeps Coins, or play Games in the Promotional Mode is prohibited and will result in disqualification, loss of eligibility, cancellation of Sweeps Counts.

c. Balance

Your Sweeps Coins balance is displayed in your Account and may be adjusted at any time at our sole discretion, including in cases of incorrect calculations, breaches of these Rules, or violations of the Terms. We are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected Sweeps Coins requests or allocations.

d. Termination

If your Account is terminated, any and all Sweeps Coins that were allocated as of the termination will be automatically forfeited.

4. Games in the Promotional Mode

a. Sweeps Coins

You can use your Sweeps Coins (whether Redeemable or Non-Redeemable) to play Games in the Promotional Mode for a chance to receive additional Sweeps Coins. Each Game in the Promotional Mode requires a specified amount of Sweeps Coins to play, as detailed in the Game's description. Sweeps Coins received from playing Games are subject to the Redemption Allocation set forth in Section 4(c). When you play a Game in the Promotional Mode, Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins are used first. Redeemable Sweeps Coins are used only if and to the extent that your Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins balance is insufficient to cover the amount required to play the Game. Sweeps Coins used to play a Game cease to exist as Redeemable or Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins upon use; any Sweeps Coins received as a result of play are then subject to the Redemption Allocation set forth in Section 4(c). We may establish minimum or maximum amounts of Sweeps Coins that may be used to play any Game in the Promotional Mode, and may set, modify, or remove such minimums or maximums at any time, in our sole discretion. Applicable minimum and maximum play amounts are made available through the Platform.

b. Sweeps Coins Expiry

Sweeps Coins are valid for a period of sixty (60) calendar days from the date of your last login to your Account. After this period, they will automatically expire and be removed from your Account. You acknowledge and accept that once Sweeps Coins have expired or been removed, they cannot be recovered, reinstated, or redeemed.

c. Redemption Allocation

1. General. Sweeps Coins are designated as either Redeemable Sweeps Coins or Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins. The designation is determined by applying the Allocation Multiplier in accordance with this Section. Only Redeemable Sweeps Coins are eligible for redemption. Both Redeemable and Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins may be used to play Games in the Promotional Mode. For the avoidance of doubt, Sweeps Coins are not subject to any playthrough requirement, and Sweeps Coins are not required to be played a minimum number of times before they may become Redeemable Sweeps Coins; the Allocation Multiplier described in this Section is a separate and distinct mechanism.

2. Allocation Formula. For each Game (or category of Games) in the Promotional Mode, we maintain a record of (A) the total amount of Sweeps Coins you have used to play that Game (or category) and (B) the total amount of Sweeps Coins you have received from playing that Game (or category). We apply the applicable Allocation Multiplier to the sum of (A) and (B) to determine the portion of Sweeps Coins designated as Redeemable Sweeps Coins; the remainder is designated as Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins.

3. Allocation Multipliers. Allocation Multipliers may be assigned per Game, per category of Games (for example, by Game type or feature), or by such other classification as we determine, at our discretion. Different Games and categories may have different Allocation Multipliers.

4. Disclosure. The Allocation Multiplier in effect for each Game or category of Games is made available through the Platform, including for example, in the Game cover hover screen, the Game page, the Platform pop-up notice, the Frequently Asked Questions, or such other channels and locations as we determine at our discretion.

5. Variability. The Allocation Multiplier may be from 0.01 to 1.00 inclusive for any Game or category of Games. We may set, increase, or decrease the Allocation Multiplier for any Game or category of Games at any time, in our sole discretion, subject to the minimum and maximum set forth above. Changes apply prospectively only and do not retroactively affect Sweeps Coins designated as Redeemable Sweeps Coins or Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins prior to the effective date of the change.

6. Equal Application. The Redemption Allocation applies in the same manner to Sweeps Coins regardless of how the Sweeps Coins were obtained.

7. Records. Our records regarding the Redemption Allocation, including the amounts treated as used in play, received from play, and designated as Redeemable or Non-Redeemable, are final and binding.

c. Decisions and Instructions

Our decisions regarding the administration and operation of Promotions, including Game rules, the Redemption Allocation, redemption terms, and participant eligibility, are final and binding. We reserve the right to modify prize structures, odds, and Allocation Multipliers for any Promotion at any time, subject to Section 4(c) above. It is your responsibility to check the applicable Game terms, including the Allocation Multiplier, before participating in any Promotion.

d. Verification

If you participate in Promotions you can be subject to our verification process, which we may conduct in any manner we choose. Our decisions regarding verifications in the context of Promotions are final and binding. You are not considered a winner of any Sweeps Coins, even if the Platform interface indicates otherwise, unless and until your eligibility and compliance have been verified by us and you have received official notification of completion. For clarity, until we finish our verification process to our satisfaction, you shall not be deemed eligible to redeem the Redeemable Sweeps Coins. We do not accept screenshots or other purported evidence of winning as a substitute for our validation process. You may be required to sign and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) to claim the Redeemable Sweeps Coins. If you cannot be contacted, fail to properly complete and return the required documents within the specified time, or fail to comply with these Rules, you will automatically forfeit the Redeemable Sweeps Coins.

5. Redemption

a. Disclaimers

There are no warranties or representations with respect to Redeemable Sweeps Coins or any redemption. All Redeemable Sweeps Coins are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without guarantees of any kind.

b. Redemption

You may request redemption of your Redeemable Sweeps Coins through the Platform. The redemption rate is 1 to 1 (i.e., each Redeemable Sweeps Coin equals USD 1.00). Non-Redeemable Sweeps Coins cannot be redeemed but may continue to be used to play Games in the Promotional Mode. Redeemable Sweeps Coins are not awarded until they have been successfully redeemed; you have no rights to Redeemable Sweeps Coins that have not been redeemed. If you choose to redeem, payment will be made in USD according to the payment methods available on the Platform.

c. Redemption Processing

Redemption requests are processed on U.S. business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). We will process only one (1) redemption request per Account within any 24-hour period. We endeavor to process all eligible redemption requests within ten (10) business days of receipt; however, processing times may vary depending on the volume of requests, verification procedures, or other operational considerations. Delays are possible, and we reserve the right to take additional time if necessary to ensure proper processing and compliance with the Terms and applicable laws. If a delay in processing occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to keep you informed regarding the status of your redemption request. It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is current and accurate to facilitate such communications. All redemptions are final once processed, and no substitutions or changes are permitted after confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by internet connectivity issues, user errors in submitting redemption information, or third-party payment processors.

d. Limitations

You may only request a redemption of Redeemable Sweeps Coins, if the total balance of the Redeemable Sweeps Coins is at least 100. Your Account must have a balance of at least 100 Redeemable Sweeps Coins before submitting a redemption request. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit your Redeemable Sweeps Coins redemptions per day or any other amount over any time period necessary to satisfy our regulatory obligations, our internal policies, or the requirements of our partners and suppliers. The current daily (24-hour calendar day) redemption limit per Account constitutes 1,000, and the current monthly (calendar month) total redemption limit per Account is 5,000.

e. Special Conditions For Users from Florida and Rhode Island

If you are located in Florida, the maximum redemption value of Redeemable Sweeps Coins won on any single Game in the Promotional Mode is 5,000. Any winnings exceeding this amount will be reduced to a maximum value of 5,000.

6. General Conditions

a. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, participating in the Promotions constitutes your consent for us to use your name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, hometown, and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment, notice, or consideration.

b. Promotions and these Rules

The reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotions or these Rules, or any part thereof, with immediate effect, with or without notice, and without liability to you, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to disqualify you from participation in the Promotions if we find that, or if we are of the opinion that, you are violating these Rules or the Terms, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotions, failing to follow our instructions, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
